Peter was born in England in 1958. He studied at the Royal College of Art. He is the designer of numerous successful lighting and furniture products for British manufacturers such as Aktiva and Allermuir and recipient of various UK design awards. His Rib chair is part of the 20th century furniture collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum. He works in London in partnership with his wife Ruth Stuart and have collaborated on projects together with Elmar Flötotto in Germany, and Fontana Arte & Luxit in Italy recently. Peter has been an Art Director of Aktiva lighting in London.
